Harrison Gray Search is assisting a leading, independent wealth management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth families in Los Angeles. We seek an experienced advisor to join in a high-impact hunter capacity, with stewardship of established relationships as part of succession planning.

The role requires a proven ability to source, pitch, and close new clients with $10M+ household planning needs, manage 100+ complex relationships, and preserve a fiduciary-first, white-glove service model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a financial advisor at an RIA, independent B-D, or wirehouse
• Proven hunter track record of sourcing, pitching, and closing new client relationships
• Experience advising ultra-high-net-worth clients ($10MM+ households) on complex planning

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a high-volume book of ultra-high-net-worth relationships (100+ households) with white-glove service
• Grow AUM through new business development and smooth transitions of existing relationships
• Collaborate with advisory teams to ensure fiduciary standards and client satisfaction
