Qualifications

• Proven experience working with UHNW or HNW clients.
• Background in advisory, private banking, wealth management, luxury sales, or similar.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable operating in a regulated, detail-driven environment.
• Commercially astute, credible with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for UHNW prospects, guiding them through a structured advisory journey.
• Convert inbound and referred leads into active clients through consultative engagement.
• Conduct detailed discovery to understand client objectives and requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and client experience.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and introducers.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management via CRM.
• Represent the business professionally in meetings and industry settings.
