Columbia Bank seeks an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to lead UHNW client acquisition and tailor bespoke portfolios for family offices. You will be the lead advisor and relationship manager, delivering proactive reviews and strategic rebalancing within fiduciary guidelines.

Grow the firm’s UHNW footprint by leveraging networks, partners, and cross-functional teams in a trusted advisory role while ensuring regulatory compliance and thoughtful wealth planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, CFP, or CTFA preferred.
• 7+ years of industry work experience is required.
• Proficient in interpreting accounting literature, regulations, and theory.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel; able to run analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead client acquisition and portfolio management for UHNW individuals and family offices.
• Design and manage highly customized portfolios with multi-generational planning.
• Provide proactive reviews, performance reporting, and strategic rebalancing.
• Act as lead advisor and relationship manager for UHNW clients and families.
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary laws and coordinate with legal/tax teams.
