Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination/management.
• Experience supporting ultra-high net worth clients and tax due dates preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track tax return timelines for ultra-high net worth clients.
• Track tax return status with internal teams and CPA firms to ensure timely filings.
• Follow up on open items with CPA firms, clients, and internal teams.
• Notify Tax Leader of timeline issues and communicate with impacted teams.
• Coordinate quarterly tax payments and oversee billing to CPA firms and Tax department.
• Manage department tools, workflow tracker, and Tax Center portal.
• Maintain organized project documentation and meeting notes.
• Help shape PM processes for efficiency.
