Job summary

Oxford Financial Group seeks a Manager, Private Family Services of Oxford to lead comprehensive household management for UHNW clients, including bill pay, multi‑entity bookkeeping and financial reporting. You will shape service roadmaps and mentor the PFS team to deliver the Oxford experience.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and collaboration with CPAs, attorneys and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/private family office experience.
• 3+ years managing day-to-day team objectives and performance.
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees PFS staff, including training and issue resolution.
• Develops multi-year service roadmaps and strategic vision for PFS.
• Oversees bill pay, financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting.
• Coordinates tax data and works with CPAs and attorneys.
• Ensures data security and confidentiality across systems.
• Builds leadership development and succession planning.
• Travel to Indianapolis office twice monthly.
