J.P. Morgan Private Bank seeks an experienced wealth management leader to acquire and service UHNW clients in Taiwan. You will build, manage and lead an integrated team of Bankers delivering investments, banking, trust services and financial planning to deliver a complete wealth solution.

As a player-coach you will develop talent, supervise and coach Bankers, expand the book of business, and collaborate across teams to meet regulatory and risk requirements while achieving growth targets.

Qualificações

• Strong presentation skills and client-facing experience.
• Proven track record in investment sales and relationship management.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets and instruments.
• Strong understanding of Taiwan UHNW client needs and sensitivities.
• Knowledge of local regulatory policies and licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage all aspects of client relationships across the team; develop long-term relationships.
• Articulate and deliver strategic messages to client portfolios; update on markets and opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team of Bankers; act as both banker and investor to clients.
• Coach, train, and supervise bankers to maximize contribution.
• Monitor team performance against AUM, revenue and accounts targets.
• Grow the team’s book of business; prospect and develop leads for new clients in Taiwan market.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver solutions and ensure compliance with policies.
• Ensure compliance, regulatory, risk management, and due diligence requirements are met.
