Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Maintenance Test Pilot to conduct flight tests of UH-72 aircraft (A/B) and verify airworthiness after maintenance or modifications. The role includes flight demonstrations, weight and balance logging, and documentation compliance.

The candidate will file flight plans, troubleshoot systems, and coordinate with pilots and technicians, with flexibility for shifts and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated aviation experience and professionalism required.
• Strong communication in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to compute and annotate aircraft weight and balance logs.

Responsibilities

• Perform test flights after maintenance or modifications.
• Determine airworthiness before flight release.
• File flight plans and manage navigation for sorties.
