Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a UH-60 Utility Helicopter Repairer to supervise and perform maintenance on Black Hawk helicopters, ensuring safety and mission readiness.

You will learn engine and airframe repair, hydraulic, fuel and electrical systems, and gain a civilian career path with tuition assistance, Montgomery GI Bill and a regular paycheck.

This role starts with Basic Combat Training and continues with Advanced Individual Training in a supportive Army National Guard environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth maintenance on engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions and flight controls.
• Inspect, service and maintain aircraft subsystems and components.
• Fundamental skills in engine disassembly/repair, airframe work and tool use.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install aircraft subsystems and assemblies.
• Service and lubricate aircraft and subsystems.
• Prepare aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting.
