Job summary

The DC Army National Guard in Tulsa seeks an UH-60 Utility Helicopter Repairer to maintain and service Black Hawk helicopters. You will supervise and perform inspections, remove/install subsystems, and ensure aircraft remain safe and mission-ready.

Training leads to civilian aircraft maintenance opportunities with manufacturers and airlines. You'll earn while you learn through paid training and benefits available to Guard members while serving part-time.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a junior in high school or a high school diploma/GED.
• Candidates should be comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install aircraft subsystem assemblies such as engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions and mechanical flight controls.
• Service and lubricate aircraft and subsystems.
• Prepare aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks.
• Assist in diagnosing/troubleshooting.
