Job summary

Trans Aero LTD is seeking experienced UH-60 pilots for the 2026 season to perform fire suppression, construction, and external load operations using long-line deliveries up to 200 feet. Pilots will plan and execute flight assignments, ensure aircraft inspections, and manage discrepancies per FAA regulations and company policy.

We require S-70 type rating, UH-60 carding, 4000 PIC hours, and external load experience (100 ft+).

Qualifications

• S-70 Type Rating required.
• Carded or able to be carded in the UH-60.
• PIC time: 4000 hours.
• External load experience (100 ft. or greater): 300 hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute flight assignments in support of seismic, fire fighting, and utility missions.
• Ensure aircraft inspections and discrepancies are corrected or deferred per FAA regulations and company policy.
• Supervise field support crew and ensure compliance with government contracts and FAA regulations.
