The UGE Laborer/Groundman prepares and cleans construction sites, loads and unloads materials, operates equipment, and assists craft workers. This role supports the Construction team and collaborates with department personnel.

This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, requiring extended periods of bending, squatting, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Visual and hand-eye coordination skills are essential.
