Position Overview

UF Health Central Florida Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist to provide comprehensive outpatient urologic care while participating in a shared hospitalist-style call rotation. This position offers an excellent balance between clinic productivity and hospital engagement, allowing physicians to maintain a thriving practice while delivering high-quality inpatient and emergency urologic care during assigned call periods.

Providers will benefit from close collaboration with the UF Health Gainesville Dept of Urology while helping to shape and expand services across high-demand communities. Located in beautiful Central Florida, this is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized academic health system while practicing in one of Florida's most desirable coastal regions.

Positions Highlights

• 100% employed urology opportunity with an established and growing practice
• Mix of outpatient clinic and structured hospitalist-style call coverage
• Broad-spectrum general urology with opportunity to develop subspecialty interests
• Perform a wide range of office-based procedures including cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, UroLift, Rezum, Botox, PTNS, and InterStim
• Shared call rotation with inpatient rounding, emergency department consults, and urgent surgical interventions
• Approximately 6 days of call per month, including weekend and holiday coverage
• Strong referral network and collaborative multidisciplinary care model
• APP support and modern EMR platform
• Opportunity to build a busy practice caring for BPH, stone disease, incontinence, men's health, and urologic oncology patients
• Fellowship training welcomed but not required
