Join our Claims team as a Sr. Claims Specialist where you will review, analyze, and adjudicate claims with accuracy and compassion while working under general supervision. You will apply sound judgment to determine eligibility, resolve issues, and deliver timely and fair outcomes that support our commitment to policyholders while protecting the company's financial strength. In this role, you will build the skills to manage and progressively assume responsibility for a full caseload of moderately complex claims, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement within the claims function.
This position currently offers an onsite work schedule, with the expectation that you will be in the office four (4) days per week during onsite core days. Our current onsite core days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The work schedule type and core days are subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion.
This is an hourly position with a pay range of $20 - $34 USD per hour.
