Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a labeling and regulatory support specialist to maintain NMPA labeling data, label templates, and applicable quality documentation; manage CMIIT labeling projects; support global UDI sustaining activities.

Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and small project leadership are required. Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) are expected; English fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are required.
• Ability to run small-scale labeling projects and maintain related docs.
• Experience with Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP, PivotTable) for data analysis.
• Familiarity with PLM/ERP tools and labeling applications is a plus.

Responsibilities
