The University of Connecticut is seeking a database administrator to configure and manage the SLE data environment, focusing on security, performance, and data access for Student Life & Enrollment operations.
Responsibilities include managing SQL Server instances, SSIS-based ETL, data warehouse integrations, backups, and collaboration with vendors and analytics teams; a strong emphasis on reliability and robust recovery.
This position configures and administers an environment that contains data needed and collected by Student Life & Enrollment departments. Responsible for processes, protection, performance, and access related to this data.
This is a permanent, full-time (35 hours weekly) position located on the Storrs Campus. This position is in-person, with a possible hybrid option.
