Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an UCC Specialist to support Uniform Commercial Code operations within Equipment Finance Operations. The role handles UCC perfection, maintenance and release activities while ensuring compliance and driving efficiency.

Location: 1310 Madrid St, Marshall, MN 56258. The position supports reporting, testing initiatives and automation, with strong emphasis on customer service and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of products, services, terminology, procedures and systems related to assigned area, as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Proven commitment to high quality customer service.
• Ability to work well with external and internal customers.
• Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of internal policies and procedures within Operations Services.

Responsibilities

• Support critical UCC operations within Equipment Finance Operations, including UCC perfection, maintenance and release activities.
• Assist with reporting, testing initiatives, process improvements and automation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve exceptions and improve efficiency.
