Job summary

CCI International Inc. seeks a proactive Technical UAV Program Coordinator to guide engineering tracking, flight test coordination, and acquisition support for an emerging UAV program.

You will bridge Program Managers, Project Officers, Systems Engineers, and flight crews from the lab to live-range deployments. The ideal candidate combines UAV domain knowledge with flight-readiness, payload integration, and rigorous project management to align schedules, risks, and dependencies in a high-stakes

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or program management discipline.
• 8+ years supporting technical programs, flight operations, or defense acquisition.
• Foundational UAV/UxS knowledge and payload/weapon systems integration.
• Ability to translate technical documentation into executive-level status briefs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering workstreams and monitor baselines for UAV development and software/hardware changes.
• Maintain the program's integrated master schedule with milestones, dependencies, and hardware deliveries.
• Identify and escalate engineering risks, interface issues, and production bottlenecks with mitigation.
• Plan UAV flight tests, manage range time, and prepare readiness documentation.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including COA, AWR, and airspace clearances.
• Coordinate post-test data collection and track action items from flight anomalies.
• Draft and track technical requirements, SOWs, and J&As for UAV procurement.
• Track procurement lifecycle of COTS components and payload technologies.
• Facilitate cross-functional communications and maintain dashboards for leadership.
