Job summary

Rainmaker Technology Corporation is seeking manufacturing professionals to join our Production team in an extremely innovative environment. You will assemble and balance aircraft components, inspect PC boards, and operate fabrication equipment to support our cloud seeding UAS platforms and delivery systems.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in hands-on manufacturing, assembly, or related areas, with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and fixtures.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and complete repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and balance aircraft propellers according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect and document PC boards with proper ESD controls.
• Operate 3D printers and laser cutters to fabricate aircraft components.
• Receive, label, store, and track aircraft parts in Rainmaker's inventory system.
• Kit and stage components for production and operational needs.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas and support quality and logistics priorities.
