Job summary

Rainmaker Technology Corporation is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing/Assembler specialist to join our Production team in Salt Lake City. You will manufacture, assemble, inspect, and balance aircraft props, and operate 3D printers and laser cutters to fabricate components for our cloud seeding platforms.

You will also handle PCB assembly, parts tracking, packing, shipping, and routine QA duties while maintaining strict ESD controls and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least two years in manufacturing/assembly/inspection/inventory or similar hands-on environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools and equipment.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Attention to part numbers, quantities, revisions, and documentation.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory and manufacturing systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and switch between tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Onsite full-time work in Salt Lake City.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, inspect, and balance aircraft propellers following work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect, clean, mask, coat, and document PCBs with proper ESD controls.
• Operate 3D printers and laser cutters to fabricate and finish aircraft components.
• Receive, label, store, issue, transfer, and track parts in the inventory system.
• Kit and stage complete sets of components for production and operations.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate packaging.
• Identify and communicate quality issues, shortages, and risks.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work areas with proper controls.
• Support manufacturing, quality, inventory, and logistics priorities as needed.
