Requirements

• Hands‑on experience with basic tools such as screwdrivers and power drivers.
• Assembly experience, either on an assembly line or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with technical documentation, including bills of materials (BOM) and work instructions.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and comprehension).
• Ability to hand solder and demonstrate proficiency in electronic assembly.
• Multi‑tasking ability with a willingness to learn and master various tasks.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a desire to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Windows‑based PCs, with the ability to use computers effectively for daily tasks (power‑user skills not required, but regular computer use is essential).
• Ability to pass a comprehensive exam demonstrating technical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Previous UAV operator experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Aptitude to learn new software quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.

License Requirement:
