Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking an experienced UAT Analyst to lead user acceptance testing efforts for a range of projects in Chicago. You will develop test strategies, create and review test cases, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure traceability and successful defect resolutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform user acceptance testing for projects of varying complexity; manage test strategy and traceability.
• Create, review and maintain test cases; log defects and ensure resolutions are validated.
• Escalate issues and participate in defect meetings; develop exit reports.
• Develop UAT solutions aligned to business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to execute the overall test plan.
• Provide guidance to UAT testers and contribute to test plans.
