Responsibilities

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure quality and usability of applications from the end-user perspective
• Develop and execute comprehensive UAT plans, test cases, and user scenarios across various platforms
• Mentor and manage a team of UAT testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UAT practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Document UAT processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product and/or business analysis with a focus on user needs
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant experience
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and strategies
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders

• Experience in leading and mentoring teams in a testing environment
