Responsibilities

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure quality and usability of applications from the end-user perspective
• Develop comprehensive UAT plans and strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of UAT testers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UAT practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Document UAT processes and maintain tracking of user feedback and defects to ensure timely resolution

Qualifications
