What to Expect

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure quality and usability of applications from the end-user perspective
• Develop UAT test plans, manage execution of UAT activities, and gather user feedback
• Mentor team members on UAT best practices and foster a culture of quality and user-centric testing
• Collaborate with development and product management teams to align UAT practices with user expectations and quality standards
• Document UAT processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product and/or business analysis, focusing on understanding user needs
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or relevant experience
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and strategies
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and facilitating UAT sessions
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience with sprint planning and retrospectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI, for analyzing user feedback and testing results
• Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps for tracking UAT progress and managing test cases
• Familiarity with document management software for organizing UAT documentation
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts and prepare presentations for stakeholders
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development within the UAT team
