What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure software quality and usability from the end-user perspective
- Develop and execute comprehensive UAT strategies and plans that align with organizational objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of UAT testers, fostering a collaborative and quality-focused culture
- Oversee the creation and execution of detailed UAT plans, test cases, and user scenarios across various platforms
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding UAT initiatives, project status, and potential quality risks
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product and/or business analysis, focusing on user needs and testing criteria
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant experience
- Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and best practices
- Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating UAT sessions
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI, to analyze user feedback and testing results
- Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps for tracking UAT progress
- Exceptional skills in articulating complex technical concepts and preparing presentations for diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of document management software for maintaining UAT documentation
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in UAT techniques and tools
