Responsibilities
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure application quality and usability from the end-user perspective
- Develop and execute comprehensive UAT strategies aligned with organizational objectives and product roadmaps
- Lead and mentor a team of UAT testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with development and product management teams to integrate UAT practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Document UAT processes and methodologies to ensure consistency and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product and/or business analysis, focusing on understanding user needs
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant experience
- Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI
- Familiarity with project management tools like Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of document management software for organizing UAT documentation
- Experience leading UAT sessions and gathering user feedback
- Ability to identify training needs and provide professional development opportunities for team members
