Responsibilities

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure application quality and usability from the end-user perspective
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define testing criteria and develop UAT test plans
• Organize UAT sessions, gather user feedback, and document results for effective issue tracking and resolution
• Mentor team members on UAT best practices and foster a culture of quality and user-centric testing
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders regarding UAT initiatives, project status, and any issues impacting delivery timelines or product quality

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and strategies
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product and/or business analysis with a focus on user needs
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related degree, or relevant experience
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and facilitation of UAT sessions
• Familiarity with project management tools like Azure DevOps for tracking UAT progress

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI, for analyzing user feedback and testing results
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts and prepare presentations for stakeholders
• Familiarity with document management software for organizing UAT documentation
• Experience leading and managing a team of UAT testers
