Responsibilities

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure application quality and usability from the end-user perspective
• Develop UAT test plans, organize UAT sessions, and gather user feedback for effective tracking and resolution of issues
• Mentor team members on UAT best practices and foster a culture of quality and user-centric testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UAT practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Document UAT processes and analyze methodologies to implement improvements for enhanced team productivity

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product and/or business analysis, focusing on user needs and testing criteria
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related field, or relevant experience
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and strategies
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and facilitating UAT sessions
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI, for analyzing user feedback
• Familiarity with project management tools like Azure DevOps for tracking UAT progress
• Understanding of document management software for maintaining UAT documentation
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts and prepare documentation
• Experience leading and managing teams in a testing environment
