Responsibilities

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts to ensure application quality from the end-user perspective
• Develop UAT test plans, organize UAT sessions, and manage the execution of UAT activities
• Mentor team members on UAT best practices and foster a culture of quality and user-centric testing
• Collaborate with development and product management teams to align UAT practices with user expectations
• Document UAT processes and analyze feedback to implement improvements for team productivity and product quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in product and/or business analysis focused on user needs
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or relevant experience
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and strategies
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and feedback gathering
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Power BI, for analyzing user feedback
• Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps for tracking UAT progress
• Experience with document management software for maintaining UAT documentation
