Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA, UAT, or business analysis.
• 3+ years in test automation and automation strategy.
• Hands-on testing across functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with data validation and enterprise application testing.
• Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, UFT, or Power Automate.
• Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric experience.
• SQL knowledge; ETL/data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT planning, execution, coordination, and release-readiness activities.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into testing scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, data validation, and UAT testing.
• Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
• Manage defects from identification and triage through retesting, resolution, and closure.
• Review and improve regression test suites to increase coverage and efficiency.
• Support test automation initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce manual testing.
• Validate application data, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
• Track testing progress, defects, risks, coverage, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, project managers, vendors, and technical teams.
• Support production validation, post-implementation testing, and issue analysis.
• Maintain requirements traceability, test evidence, documentation, and project artifacts.

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Senior UAT & Business Analyst with strong expertise in User Acceptance Testing, business analysis, test strategy, and quality assurance. The role will lead UAT activities, translate business requirements into testable solutions, manage defects, and coordinate testing across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manual and automated testing, regression testing, data validation, requirements analysis, and release readiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead UAT planning, execution, coordination, and release-readiness activities.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive testing scenarios.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, data validation, and UAT testing.
• Create, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts.
• Manage defects from identification and triage through retesting, resolution, and closure.
• Review and improve regression test suites to increase coverage and testing efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in QA, UAT, Business Analysis, or a combination of these areas.
• 3+ years of experience in test automation and automation strategy.
• Strong experience developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Hands‑on experience with functional, regression, integration, end‑to‑end, and UAT testing.
• Experience translating business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and enterprise application testing.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar QA/test management tools.
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestComplete, UFT, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, ETL processes, or data pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of regression, negative, black-box, and risk-based testing.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in government or highly regulated application environments.
• Relevant QA, testing, or business analysis certifications are a plus.
