Job summary

AOC Global Services, LLC in Arizona seeks a UAS Training Specialist to develop, test, maintain, and deliver moderately complex training programs for our military customers.

You will update course content, maintain records of training activities and flight information, and stay current with new training technologies and aircraft knowledge. Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance and be able to perform shift work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience maintaining the Gray Eagle UAS (documented).
• Must be a US citizen with an active US Secret Clearance.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and team-building abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develops, tests, maintains, and delivers training programs.
• Establishes and reviews course content as required.
• Maintains records of training activities, participant progress and flight information.
• Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance.
• Stays current with new training, educational and multimedia technologies.
• Participates in special projects within the scope of the Performance Work statement (PWS).
• May be required to operate/instruct any of the customer’s UAS platforms, based on customer’s training throughput (surge).
