Job summary

Darkblade Systems is seeking UAS Red Air Pilots to perform operational responsibilities for COTS UAS platforms and support systems to gather intelligence for mission planning and sensor/payload operations. Deployments to CENTCOM AOR up to 6-12 months are expected, rotating with other deployers.

You will operate on an 8-hour shift with on-site duties at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD, and required CONUS/OCONUS travel. A SECRET clearance is required with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Qualifications

• Experience instructing large groups of personnel in military environments.
• Experience with COTS multi-rotor and fixed-wing aircraft, including hobbyist UAS.
• Pre-deployment training and knowledge exchange support for field exercises.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, fabricate, modify, program, and maintain UAS platforms (Group 3 and Turbines) for training and test events.
• Launch and recover air vehicles; perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks.
• Coordinate with national and international agencies for data sharing and trend analysis.
