Job summary

Zipline is seeking Aviation Maintenance Technicians who bring sound judgment, attention to detail and a safety‑first mindset to our drone operations in the U.S. You will perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to keep aircraft airworthy, safe, and properly documented.

Requirements include mechanical, electrical and software knowledge, precision hand‑tool use, and the ability to travel up to 80% during the first month.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to obtain FAA Repairman Certification.
• Experience in aircraft maintenance preferred.
• Willing to travel 80% in the first month.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance per CAMP and GMM.
• Ensure airworthiness and proper documentation of work.
• Travel within the service area for on-site maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace parts per manufacturer manuals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and certifications.
• Meet ongoing training requirements and certifications.
