Job summary

AOC Global Services LLC in Fort Huachuca is seeking an UAS Maintainer - Mechanic II to provide field-level maintenance for unmanned systems across multiple flight lines. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair Group 1–3 UAS following manuals and safety regulations.

Minimum 2 years in UAS/aviation maintenance, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required, with flexibility for shift work and a medical exam. Strong documentation and safe handling are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of UAS/aviation/electronics maintenance (documented).
Experience in U.S. Army aviation maintenance or equivalent environment.
IT integration is required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. Secret Clearance.
Flexible to perform shift work to support mission needs.
Ability to pass a medical examination (physical).

Responsibilities

Inspect, test, troubleshoot, service, and repair Group 1–3 UAS per manuals and regs.
Perform emplace, displace, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on related ground support equipment.
Prepare detailed reports for troubleshooting, maintenance actions, and repairs.
Use hand and power tools for maintenance, assembly, and disassembly of UAS components.
Transport UAS and associated support equipment between work and flight areas.
Maintain awareness of safety regulations during maintenance and handling operations.
Document all maintenance actions into logs.
Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds as required.
