Job summary

EB Flight Training LLC seeks an unmanned aircraft operator (AVO) responsible for coordinating ground and flight operations, mission planning, and safety. The role includes training staff, managing aircraft tasking, and ensuring flight readiness while maintaining health and regulatory certifications.

The position requires travel worldwide for assignments, development of manuals and procedures, and strong communication skills to work with aircrew, management, and clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and lead in a small team environment.
• Must be willing to travel worldwide for moderate duration.
• Must pursue FAA Part 107 Certificate and beyond.
• Must maintain FAA Medical Certificate.
• Ability to read/interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ground and flight operation efforts including mission planning, briefing, debriefing, and safety.
• Train assigned personnel in tactics, procedures, policies, and technologies.
• Task aircraft from pre-flight to post-flight operations and monitor air vehicle health.
• Develop and maintain training manuals, testing, and evaluation guidelines.
• Organize and manage operations across multiple sites, including austere locations.
