Job summary

Aviation & Missile Solutions seeks a senior person to bridge business development and technical execution in UAS/ALE domains. The role focuses on developing technologies, building industry relations, sensor processing, autonomy, and datalinks, extending tech into mission-focused applications.

Experience in UAS/ALE programs within a PEO AVN or AvMC are a plus. This full-time office-based position requires a BS in a related field and 15+ years of experience, with 10% travel possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of experience post-grad in a relevant field.
• US citizenship with Final TOP SECRET/SSBI clearance or eligibility.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop technologies and build industry relationships in UAS/ALE domains.
• Lead team building and establish inroads into UAS/ALE programs and AVMC/PEO AVN。
• Oversee sensor processing, autonomy, and datalinks integration.
• Extend existing technology to adjacencies and mission-relevant applications.
