Job summary

This role requires 5+ years in an industrial setting, with automotive experience preferred. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management is expected, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management preferred.
• 5+ years in an industrial environment, automotive preferred.
• 3–5 years of team management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Follow production plans and ensure feasibility of plans.
• Achieve financial targets: manage budget and costs; monitor margins.
• Manage the UAP team and ensure staffing and HSE standards.
• Implement actions to improve productivity and meet objectives.
• Coordinate resource planning with Industrial Engineering.
• Maintain dashboards to monitor lead time and targets.
• Assist with additional tasks and training needs as needed.
• Participate in training related to company vision and ethics.
