The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor and have at least five years of experience in US federal income tax. The Tax Counsel will develop and implement US federal and international tax planning strategies, providing advice on US domestic tax matters, including tax reporting, research, and audit support. This role reports to the Director, Global Tax Planning.
Lead tax planning strategies, monitor legislative changes, advise on business transactions, support audits, and improve processes. Provide training and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Juris Doctor required; LLM in Taxation preferred. Licensed to practice law in Texas or eligible. At least five years of related experience. Strong knowledge of US federal income tax, research skills, and ability to work independently.
