  • Providing guidance and support to client working teams
  • Understanding the critical issues affecting the client and communicate key insights and recommendations based upon the project team’s research and analysis
  • Participating in the communication of project conclusions to client senior management
  • Providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to more junior staff
Qualifications & Experience

  • An advanced degree from a top ranked school is preferred (MBA, PhD)
  • Expertise in end-to-end range pricing and revenue optimization ranging from research and analytics tools (e.g. conjoint, GTN analysis, profitability analysis) through execution (change management, operating model, pricing tools)
  • Commercial experience leading new client accounts as well as managing multiple engagements, establishing new clients or proposal development is a plus
  • Strong “bedside manner” with clients: able to engage at varying levels within a client’s organization
  • Strong project management skills including work planning, presentation development, quality control, and client management
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written and the ability to influence others
