Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive retail leadership experience for large multi-unit environments.
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience leading field organizations through growth and organizational change.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and operational performance.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. retail strategy aligned with Samsonite's objectives and growth plans.
• Drive profitable sales growth while delivering a premium customer experience.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and operational reviews for the retail business.
• Build and develop a high-performing retail leadership team and cultivate talent.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
