Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client relationships by earning trust, understanding needs, offering targeted advice, developing solutions, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Generate business results through client retention and new client acquisition.
  • Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs.
  • Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise.
  • Connect clients across all lines of business within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  • Ensure solutions meet clients’ short, medium, and long-term goals through holistic, goal-based planning.
  • Adhere strictly to risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Six+ years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days.
  • Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
  • Established community presence and network.
  • Understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.
  • Focus on client experience and dedicated advocacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, and employs critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with disciplined approach.
  • In-depth knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate.
