U-Haul cherche un(e) Storage Center Manager à Hudson pour diriger un centre de déménagement et de stockage, assurer la rentabilité et superviser l'équipe.

Vous recruterez, gérerez les stocks et mettez en œuvre les standards de service client pour optimiser les résultats et la satisfaction. Poste exigeant mais formateur, avec opportunités d advancement et formation continue.

Formación

• Expérience de 1–3 ans en gestion dans le commerce de détail ou un service avec responsabilité financière et satisfaction client.
• Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite favorable.
• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
• Disponibilité pour travailler les week-ends et jours fériés.
• Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer des budgets.

Responsabilidades

• Réaliser des analyses de profits et pertes.
• Recruter et encadrer les nouveaux membres de l'équipe.
• Suivre et inventorier les stocks.
• Gérer le parc et l'entretien des équipements mobiliers et des véhicules.
• Gérer le budget du personnel.
• Assurer la meilleure qualité de service client.
• Suivre les reçus de carburant et la caisse.
• Maintenir les locaux propres et sécurisés.
• Participer à la formation continue via U-Haul University.

May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.**Physical Demands:**The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.U-Haul Holding Company, and its family of companies including U-Haul International, Inc.
