Job Description

Under direct supervision, operating all injection molding machines to produce rubber gaskets used in joining systems, meeting quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include monitoring machine operations, troubleshooting malfunctions, operating multiple machines, training other operators, managing scrap, cleaning equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work area, and performing miscellaneous duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Operate Desma and Maplin injection molding machines.
• Work 3rd shift hours 10pm-6am, Sunday-Thursday, with overtime as required.
• Maintain constant watch on machine quality and notify supervisors of malfunctions.
• Operate multiple machines if needed.
• Train other operators as required.
• Dump scrap containers and clean equipment at shift end.
• Keep the work area safe, clean, and orderly.
