Job Description
- Identify areas for improvement within processes and workflows. Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from initiation to completion.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions. Analyze data and metrics to identify root cause of issues.
- Develop and implement strategies for process optimization. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Provide coaching and support to team members. Motivate and guide teams to embrace a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
- Six sigma black belt certification required. Master black belt preferred but not required.
- Must have a proven track record of improving operational efficiency, productivity, quality and/or cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to lead and influence others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
