Job summary

Anywhere Integrated Services is a nationwide title and settlement services provider seeking a detail-oriented Title Abstractor for our Portland, OR team. You will review public records, interpret legal documents, and assemble title abstracts/reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Texas title abstracting experience, proficiency with TIMS and Deed Plotter, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years Texas title abstracting/examination experience.
• Strong understanding of title examination process and procedures, related documentation, and their effect upon title.
• Residential examination experience with Acreage (metes and bounds) experience preferred.
• Proficient in TIMS title plant software and Deed Plotter software; experience with County Government websites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research of public real property records regarding title status and encumbrances.
• Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages, deeds, probate records, and trust agreements.
• Read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps, and surveys.
• Assemble Title Abstracts/Reports to be sold to clients.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
