Job summary

Infravision is seeking a Ground Operations Operator to operate its smart tension puller for pre-stringing work. You will load, transport, set up, and monitor TX systems at project sites, coordinating with field teams to ensure safe and timely execution of tasks.

The role requires experience with TX equipment, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in challenging field environments. Infravision offers a competitive package and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training preferred.
• Proven experience operating TX systems or similar equipment (transport, setup, deployment).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to operate large vehicles/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and transport TX systems to project locations safely and efficiently.
• Set up TX systems at sites and ensure integration with electrical and communication infrastructure.
• Monitor equipment functionality and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate logistics of transport, setup, and deployment with internal teams and external stakeholders.
