Join a team serving diverse industries with a focus on quality repairs and preventative maintenance. As a technician, you will inspect, diagnose, repair and rebuild pumps and motors, perform preventive maintenance, and operate specialized equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with pump/motor assembly experience.
• Familiarity with pressure gauges, flow meters, and hydraulics.
• Willingness to own and maintain personal tools.
• Soft skills: problem-solving, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and rebuild pumps and related equipment (motors, valves).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Assemble and disassemble rotating equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and rebuild various pumps (centrifugal, gear, diaphragm) and related equipment (motors, compressors, valves).
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Assemble and disassemble rotating equipment.
• Operate specialized repair and testing equipment.
• Install and maintain pump systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical: strong mechanical aptitude, pump/motor assembly, use of pressure gauges, flow meters, hydraulics.
• Experience: varies by level (e.g., assisting others for entry‑level, fabrication for senior).
• Tools: ability to own and maintain personal tools.
• Soft skills: problem‑solving, attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, client service.
• Certifications (optional): OSHA safety training, relevant technical diplomas.
