BigIron is hiring a full-time Sales Manager to lead a team of Equipment Sales Representatives across the Texas panhandle. You will spend time in the field with your team, coaching reps during customer visits, helping close deals, and building relationships with key customers.

This field-based leadership role requires regular travel across the Texas panhandle and direct management of both employees and independent sales representatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading or coaching a sales team.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and develop sales talent.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage your sales team.
• Ride along with reps in the field to improve performance and close business.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new sales representatives as needed.
• Set performance expectations and hold reps accountable to goals.
• Review pipeline, activity, and results with each team member.
• Support reps in securing listings and managing large or complex sales.
• Build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry contacts.
• Identify opportunities to grow territory coverage and revenue.
