Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. is building a remote pediatric ADHD clinic focused on delivering trusted, tech-enabled care to families.

The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide diagnostic and medication management for children and teens, while developing scalable care tools and workflows. We offer flexible full-time or part-time roles (30+ or 16+ hours) with compensation for clinical and admin time, and opportunities to grow into leadership and program development as

Formación

• Licensed to practice medicine in Texas.
• Prescribing treatment plans including ADHD stimulant medication.
• Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
• Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
• At least 5 years of patient care experience.
• Experience with culturally diverse families and commitment to culturally responsive care.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine (sleep, nutrition, physical activity).
• Confidence using EMR and telemedicine tools for virtual care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ADHD clinical services for children and teens, focusing on diagnosis and medication management.
• Collaborate with MDs, NPs, psychologists and clinicians to deliver high-quality care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to implementation, evaluation and program development to improve care delivery.
• Opportunity to grow into program development and leadership roles as needed.
