Socket.dev is seeking a dedicated Transplant Coordinator to join our life-saving team in the United States. You will coordinate all aspects of organ donation and transplantation, collaborating with transplant centers, surgeons, and donor families to facilitate timely recoveries and transplants.

This role requires a healthcare professional background and the ability to work under pressure with compassion. You will handle organ allocation logistics, maintain records, and participate in on-call

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), Paramedic, Respiratory Therapist, or other healthcare background preferred.
• Prior experience in critical care, emergency medicine, surgical services, or transplant coordination is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle sensitive, emotionally charged interactions.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
